  • Hi, and welcome! If you’re here, it’s likely that you're dealing with pain or want to know how to better manage it. Whether your pain is chronic, that means you've been feeling discomfort for several months or more, or if you’re experiencing more recent pain without a clear trauma or injury, this program is designed to help you to reduce pain, stiffness, improve your strength, mobility, and range of motion. If you have recent trauma it’s best to have your health professional check you out first.

    We offer a 15-minute consultation for everyone who starts their free trial, that way if you are not sure whether your symptoms allow you to do unsupervised exercise, we can help to clarify that for you. You do not need to attend this consultation to exercise, but it is recommended if you are unsure of any diagnosis. If it does turn out that you are best having supervised sessions we offer this in the form of regular consultations, you’ll still receive access to the video library but your program will be more personalised and you will be guided in a different way.

    Remember that before starting any new exercise program, it’s important to note that every body is different. Listen to your body, and don’t do anything that causes you pain outside of a little muscle fatigue. Working within a range that is not ‘overdoing’ the exercise but still resulting in some fatigue is ideal. While the exercises in this course are designed to be safe and beneficial for most, they may not be appropriate for everyone. Head in to the programs with a confident but sensible mindset. It is your responsibility in unsupervised sessions to monitor how your body is feeling and simply skip past any exercises you need to.

    Symptoms to Watch Out For

    I want to make sure you're safe during your journey. If you experience any of the following symptoms, please stop the exercises immediately and seek medical attention:

    • Severe, unexplained leg weakness or numbness

    • Loss of bowel or bladder control

    • Severe headache or dizziness

    • Pain that travels down both legs

    • Unexplained weight loss or fever

    • Numbness around your groin or genital area

    If any of these symptoms are present, it's important to get checked out by a healthcare provider immediately before proceeding with any exercise program.

    This course is about helping you take control of your back health. While it's not a quick fix, with patience and consistency, you can improve your symptoms and prevent future pain. We’ll go step-by-step, and I’ll be here to guide you every step of the way. Remember, always listen to your body, and take it slow.
